I have a vinyl cutter that I connected to my laptop. I used to get the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon on my taskbar when I plugged it into my USB port. My computer crashed and I had to install a new hard drive. I must have reinstalled the cutter's software incorrectly, because I don't get the "safely remove" icon anymore and when I unplug the USB cable, I get this page fault error on a BSOD unless I shut the laptop completely OFF first.
Is there a way to fix this without trying to reinstall the cutter? The installation was complicated to start with, so I really don't want to start over and risk doing it wrong all over again.
Thanks in advance! (pic of screen attached in case that helps)
