Solved: where do I go to find

I've been looking but can't seem to find a link to test my pc, to see if I can upgrade to Windows 7 from XP.
I've been to MSFT site but there's lots on Windows 8 which I know my computer can't handle.

Looking for business version of 7, or is Pro and business the same thing?
