Help please,took delivery of a refurbished desktop today.It has W7 & IE8 & cant seem to download anything like Firefox,Chrome,Adobe,google earth etc
For eg select download in firefox & nothing happens,no run/save box appears.
Abobe flash player appears to download but when I try to run it from the downloads folder I just get a blue spinning circle for a few seconds.If I select run instead of save when downloading I get a message "windows has found a problem with this file" This file was blocked as it does not have a valid digital signature.
Ripping my hair out here.
