pc restarted by itself

my pc restarted without me doing anything and when it came back on it said ''windows did not shut down successfully''
so i look at the event log to see any errors there was 1 but i don't know it that caused the restart because it doesn't say
the log said ''the spotflux lite service terminated unexpectedly it has done is 1 times'' and the details say this
