It is a D-71 HP and I paid to get it ruin by HP. I had a HP support that I paid for. I brought up something I wanted to get rid of on my computer and the tech said best thing to do is to complete recovery. I said I think that is not necessary. She convince me that it is. I said it works good except that I don't want this site. I finally agreed. I said I don't want to loose my documents and pictures. She said U wont loose them. We attempted to do the recovery. After that the machine did not work and I Lost all my documents and pictures. That was over 2 years ago. I asked for help but they sent me to their other section of techs that U had to pay to get it fix. I said that is crazy. I did not ruin the machine. Your tech ruin it. I tried so many times to get it fixed with the run around. They even said I need to buy a new one and they would help with the price. I was mad and did not do anything for a while. I went to get help at someone that knew about computers. He put in a disc to try to get it up, but it just brought up a something. At least it did that. I went home and played with it for hours and my some miracle I got it up and running, but I don't know what I did. It got some viruses and I need to do a recovery. This happen when I was still under the Tech help with HP but they said I need to buy a revery disc now. I left alone for a 2 years and now I am trying to get the recovery disc which now they said they don't have. It is out of supplies now. I want to know If u can help get a copy of those discs for window 7 recovery. Can u help. I am a low income person and it is hard to meet my monthly normal bills. Thank U very much.
