system recovery error,updates error and cam not found

hi..laptop couldn't find my cam ..I tried to run the system restore but an error occurs.i ran the window updates and these are the error codes found..CODE 80070643 Error Code 80071A91..please help me..I already ran the Adware cleaner,Superanti and Malware..please help me..thank you so muchTech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2
