BSoD / Coloured lines on screen (HELP Please)

Hi,

(not sure if this is the right place to post this so feel free to move thread if needed.)

I've been having some problems with my laptop (Asus N55SF) , Sometimes I get BSOD but also the laptop crashes and I get these coloured lines come across the screen.

Could anyone help me out with this problem? I don't have a clue what's causing it, but hope someone can help me find a solution.
