Problem with Windows 7

Here's a brief description of the problems I'm experiencing with my computer:

1. Outlook takes more and more time to load. sometimes up to 2 minutes
2. because of that I leave the computer running but I often get the message ''Windows has recover from an unexpected shutdown'': here's the details of the problem:

I also got a message about volume being degrated on my hard drive. now it seem to be workin well and the RAID is rebuilding
