Customize Explorer context-menu

Hi,

When I right-click a folder, the first entries are: Open, Open in New Window, Scan (Avast), Compress (WinRar).
When I right-click a folder shortcut in the Favorites side bar, the order is: Compress (WinRar), Scan (Avast), Separator, Open in New Window.

If I add "Position=Top" to "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\opennewwindow", it appears first both in folders and in folders shortcuts.
- I don't want Open in New Window to be the default action in folders.
How can I make it appear first only in the Favorites side bar?

How can I add a Separator between Scan (Avast) and the command above it?
I would also like to move the Delete command and place it with the Cut and Paste entries.
And how do I remove the Rename entry?
