Solved: Windows 7 Laptop - Hard Drive Reporting Full

This isn't my personal machine, but my father-in-law's.

Dell Inspiron 1545 running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Pentium Dual-Core T4300 @ 2.10Ghz
3 Gb RAM

It recently started giving him the Low Disk Space error. Hard drive is now showing to have 218 GB full on the C:\. He basically uses this thing for online banking, turbo tax, downloading updates to his tom tom, and playing games. Nothing that would fill up a hard drive.

I've turned off Hibernation, and that large file hiberfil.sys is gone.
I've run Disk Clean-up and it has freed up 2 gig.
There are no system restore files eating up disk space.

I don't see any installed programs that look out of the ordinary.

I can't get his Kapersky to update due to lack of disk space. I did run Windows Defender with update and it didn't show any known virus or whatnot that it can tell in its limited abilities.

With low disk space, I can't really download too many utilities to the hard drive.

Where do I go next to determine what is causing this box to show a full hard drive?
