So I got my laptop at a pawnshop and I knew it wasn't cleaned well it started to freeze up and slow down after an update i got. I defragged and disk cleaned it and it completely crashed. I got it back to factory setting and and running just fine. Well once again it updated and started freezing. I thought it was just a certain program i was running so i tried everything but that and after about 10ish minutes it would freeze still. So once again I got it back to factory settings and only download the basic.(ie. anitvirus program, ccleaner) it ran perfectly. After about two days I downloaded one more program and then for a few days it ran fine....till I got another update. Now the only way i was able to post this was to go into my safe mode with networking option. I can't even shut down the computer properly. I am by no means an IT person but I have learned a bit from working on computer for years. I cant seem to figure out what is going on. I am sorry this was so long but I wanted to paint a picture of what i am going through and what i had attempted. I am starting to get really angry with it so figure it was time to find help.
