Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.2
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1, 64 bit
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor, AMD64 Family 21 Model 1 Stepping 2
Processor Count: 8
RAM: 10079 Mb
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7570, -2048 Mb
Hard Drives: C: Total - 932364 MB, Free - 786550 MB; D: Total - 21079 MB, Free - 2652 MB;
Motherboard: Gigabyte, 2AC8
Antivirus: Norton Internet Security, Updated and Enabled
Problem: IE 11 running very slowly! When I sign in, it shows "bay181.mail.live.com" but takes almost 2 minutes to finally showing inbox messages. When I go to read a message, I then see message that MSN is busy, and has a CLOSE popup at the top of my new messages. Sometimes I get message that says MSN is not responding, please try again. This started after my system tried to upgrade to Windows 10 early AM on August 4. I have gone back to restore & went back to a July date, but Outlook is still messing up and not working properly. I've pinged my network via my charter account & consistantly get 66Mbps on 41 second ping. I am stumped by behavior of Outlook. Any Suggestions? Are other having same problems?
