I have a 6-core PC with 4 GB RAM and I think Radeon 6300, SSD HDD 6GB/s so not exactly a high-end but enough to run videos and movies smoothly. I have WIN 7 ultimate.
Regardless of how many firefox windows do I have open, regardless of tasks running, sometimes the videos are choppy no matter what, sometimes they are not.
It happens also straight after start/restart of my PC, I run a movie, and it is choppy. I restart again, and then it is usually smooth.
I am desperate, I tried reinstalling drivers, DirectX, I tried reinstalling windows, nothing helps.
