Second monitor issues on fullscreen game

Hi,

Whenever I play fullscreen games on my first monitor, it seems to just move anything opened on my second screen to the side. When I go out of fullscreen it pops back in place. (occasionally)

Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
Only way I know I might be able to fix this is to change the resolution in evry game.
But my computer is not capable of such high resolution, in any game pretty much.
Another thing is that the size of my both monitors aren't the same.
If anyone can help me with this issue, I could hand out some more techy information.
