Aspire 4937 Double Driver issue

I have got a Acer Aspire 4937 laptop. But I am in confusion while trying to install drivers. Because there are two drivers for the TouchPad:

1. ALPS Touchpad Driver
2. Synaptic Touchpad driver

The same problem goes for CardReader Driver:

1. Jmicron Card Reader Driver (JMB385)
2. Jmicron Card Reader Driver

Same for bluetooth: BroadcomBluetooth Driver (2045&2046) AND BroadcomBluetooth Driver

I am in confusion :confused: Which one to install and which not? I am using Windows 7 32 bit.
