I received a blue screen saying "crash dump" a week or so ago. I have opened my computer in safe mode and have tried to restore my computer to an earlier point but no luck. Under safe mode my laptop does stay stable for about 30 minutes before giving me the blue screen. I'm not good with computers and HP's tech department wants to charge me $100 to fix my problem. Help, college is about to start back and I need my laptop :/
