Import mails from Mac Outlook

I am having a bit trouble in importing the emails from mac outlook 2011 to windows Outlook 2010.
Seems like the import function in outlook 2010 doesn't work appropiately.
Re-instlling both the email clients on mac and windows have resulted in the same.

Are there any other solutions available????
