autoplay keeps popping up

Yesterday I did an uninstall of Incredimail with all it's massive files, then tidied up my computer using CC Cleaner. Now I find that Autoplay keeps popping up. If I go to MSconfig up comes the box; when I log on, up comes the box. In desperation I've set everything in it to Take No Action but Autoplay seems to do it's own thing.

I run Win7. My browser is FF and I have MSE and Malwarebytes. My Dell laptop is a 64 bit.
How can I stop Autoplay from appearing until I want it and why is it doing it?
