Recently did a Clean Install after experiencing problems loading programs and browsers in the above system.
This I thought was due to a corrupt registry by using Errortek Reg Cleaner, now I've learned my lesson (finally) -
Checked Device drivers all okay, ran Scannow - no errors, ran Chkdsk - no errors, ran Tdsskiller - no errors,
all MS Updates are up to date
Primary indicator is the "Revolving Circle" that regularly appears when loading anything, including at boot time when loading Windows
