clean install windows 7 problem

hi

I have a problem when trying to do a clean install with a usb iso.
i get to the part where u add the partition and
keep getting this error Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate existing.

hardware config:

AMD FX 4100 3.6Hz 4 Cores
8GB DDR3 1333MHz Memory
1TB SATA 3GB Hard Drive NCQ
ATI Radeon 5450-1GB PCI-E Grahics

I did have windows7 premium 64 bit edition on the computer before. But had a lot of problems so like it kept blue screening after the splash logo. :(
And for some reason from factory reinstall was no longer there.

Any help if this problem would be a great help.
