This has been going on for about a week now. I haven't done any new changes to my PC and all of a sudden I'm getting a permanent blue loading circle next to my mouse cursor.
I have tries using things like CC Cleaner, Malwarebytes, Superantispyware and the like all to no avail. While doing so did clean up any junk and problems I had otherwise, it didn't fix this loading circle.
It used to go away after a quick log-off, but now it persists no matter what I do.
