I'm trying to download an about 2 GB download online. It says it will be done in 2 hours (estimate). I come back a half of a hour later and it says it's finished. it's a .rar file so I extract it and the size is only 7 KB and it says the download wasn't completely downloaded. What do I do????:confused::confused::confused: My OS is Windows 7
