-Working on a Lenovo H430 desktop
-Windows 7 Internet Icon has a red X indicated media disconnected
-running ipconfig /all yields:

So, normally I don't care because internet works. But on this PC, I have MS Outlook installed and Outlook insists that it is running "Offline" and won't automatically download email. So, I end up either remembering to push "send/receive" in outlook (unlikely) or I go a day with no email interruptions only to get angry phone calls at the end of the day asking why I'm not answering emails (much more likely!)

This appears to be a very common problem with related to the Realtec driver -- but I can't find the answer that fixes it. I downloaded driver update from Lenovo. I unplugged the PC and all cabling and rebooted. I swapped cables... nothing.

Please help.

Thanks,
Jeff
