Im having a similar issue to this fellow where I_RpcBindingSetPrivateOption can not be located in the dynamic link library RPCRT4.dll when trying to run certain programs. As far as I can tell this is a .net issue. It pops up for various programs I try to run- from my Nvidia software to my intel rapid store process etc etc. Its REALLY obnoxious. Attatched is the dialog box in its natural habitat.
I have tried
-sfc /scannow
-re-installing .net framework
-using .net framework repair tool
-re-installing nvidia control panel
I'm not sure when I started having the problem originally but I think I may have been tampering with my startup processes. Since then I have restored every process back to normal, but the problem remains. I would be eternally greatful to anyone who can help me figure this out. Its driving me up the walls.
