ASUS G75VW Will not reinstall OS

Hello, I am working on an ASUS G75VW, It had a failed HDD, I replaced HDD and Bought OS Restore Discs Directly from ASUS (Win 7 64BIT) When I boot it has the customary "Windows Installing Files" status bar loading, after that is done, it goes to the "Starting Windows" screen where the windows logo forms together, then it goes to a gray screen where I usually see in other OS Reinstalls, "Windows Installing OS Files" with a percentage#, however in this case the gray screen shows nothing and is only on for 3 seconds, then Poof.. Reboot and it starts the whole process over again, I chatted with ASUS they told me to reset BIOS, So I tried to reset BIOS settings, and an alternate new HDD and still same result.. I'm confused.. Any ideas? could it possibly be bad restore disc?
