IE11 won't open links in a new tab when I click on them. It will open my home page, but after that, it will only give me a "blank page" when I click on a link. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and still the same trouble. I ran Malwarebytes and MSE on it and really nothing. So what could be the problem?
