Various entry points, such as "The procedure entry point normaliz.IdnToAscii could not be located in the dynamic link library" - (trying to open MsWord) - suddenly not working (last 2 days from 04/09/2014) all pointing to "api-ms-win-downlevel-normaliz-l1-1-o.dll."
