Hello tech guys!
Installed realplayer cloud on my desktop PC at home, run with window 7,
This allows me to download videos from youtube, facebook when I used IE,
but whenever I use chrome or firefox to browse youtube or facebook, it can't download,
Another problem, I have installed the same software in my desktop pc at office, and logging in with the same email username, it can't download any, even to use IE or any other browser,
Any idea to solve this issue?
