I hope y'all can help me.
I'm on an Asus laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium. Recently, my computer has started making random 'ding' noises that don't correspond with any of my current programs. I know what noises Steam and AIM and the like make and it's not any of those. It's more of a system ding. I turned off 'System Sounds' in my Mixer, but it still happened.
It's driving me nuts! I ran avast! and that didn't find anything. I cleared out my Windows Action Center. Still dinging. The charger is plugged in and everything is fine from a hardware standpoint. I just can't figure out this dinging!
I've included a list of Programs and Processes to see if that helps. I honestly have no idea where to even start looking past this.
Thank y'all so much for your time!
