Solved: Startup Repair Issue

My PC with Windows 7 is not starting up.

I am on my wife's Mac currently.

I get a Windows Error Recovery message on screen.

When I click button "Launch Startup Repair (Recommended)", the Startup Repair starts but continues to run without any resolution. I have tried several times over the last couple of days but still having the same issue.
