I bought a computer with windows 7 64bit already installed on it. it did not come with a recovery disk, however the product key is on the tower. something happened to the system files and i was forced to format the hard drive. i attempted to download a new copy of windows 7 64bit and put that on my computer by installing it on the same hard drive using a different computer. i have an older computer and when i take the hard drive with windows 7 and place it into that computer, it works fine, however when i try place it into the original computer, it tells me there was a problem starting up. i've searched online and found out that it may be a drm problem, however im not doing anything illegal(i think) because i have a legitimate product key. the only issue is that i was not very tech savy when i bought the computer, so i didnt know to create backups or anything like that. am i basically screwed here, or is there a way to fix this issue.
