I am having trouble logging into my computer. I have windows 7. for some reason it does not give me the option to switch users (usually does) and it does not let me know if caps lock is on (which it usually does) I remember my password and just logged in the day before. I have also read a bit how to try to fix this and watched some videos. I've tried pressing F8 while rebooting and tried to enter safe mode with prompt (something) so I can type "net administration" (sorry I can't remember the full text from the video I watched. However it doesn't even give me that option either and just goes back to the windows login page. Please help :) do I need a floppy disk or USB?
