windows context menu - change

Hi.

What I would like to do is having windows context menu (right mouse button menu) staying pernamently there where i open it until I cancel it from there , by other way than using left mouse button.

To explain my reasons. I have program which is causing huge cpu load. Simple way to reduce cpu load and therefore heat, for me is rightclicking (context menu appears) on opened window of program which would then reduce its load to almost 0, while program still running without having to exit it. However this can only be done while im away from PC, because of course when using PC then very next click with mouse would cancel that context menu.

Thus im looking for a way how to keep that menu there, and be able to use mouse normaly. Then when I decide to use program again, to be able to cancel context menu with lets say some keyboard key. Or ctrl + right mouse button for example.

To make it simple: How to make context menu dont dissapear when using left mouse button.

ps; Please dont refer me to any third party programs for this simple task. Im sure it can be edited somewhere in windows, how context menu behaves
