Constant BSOD

I've had quite a few BSOD in the past week, can someone analyze this .dmp file from the BSOD ive got 10 minutes ago and provide me a solution? Please its getting annoying :( I'm not very of a tech guy so tell me if you cant do anything with the file i gave you ahah :D
