I recently posted for help in the Virus Removal Forum when Malwarebytes found 286 Threats and this was days after doing a Full System Factory Restore. the person that helped me there told me to Uninstall Big Fish Game Manager, Adobe and Java and I did. I marked that thread solved today. Since Posting in that Forum, I have received two emails that I really don't know what to do. One of the emails said Thank You for installing Soluto 417 Computer Tech (which I did not ever install), now that you have installed Soluto 417 Computer Tech please press the F8 key on your computer and we will take care of your Computer from now on. Should I do as the email says? The other email instructed me to click on a link so they could install something to give them Remote Desktop to my PC control. What exactly is Remote Desktop to PC?
After removing the threats and running all the scans, I installed the Big Fish Games Manager because I can't download the games I purchased and can't play the games without it, only now the Game Manager doesn't work anymore. I am a widow living on my late husband's social security, the games are all I have now since his death and my son (only child) getting married. I have no transportation and am stuck at home all the time, so I need these games.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
