Multiple tabs opening and freezing issues

Hi,


I have a Dell Inspiron 14 laptop, I have Windows 7 and I have several issues with it. A while ago I noticed that the taskbar was freezing and loading for a while after starting my computer, it only lasted about 2 minutes and I thought it was just a minor problem as my computer is a few years old. A few days ago it completely freezed and I couldn't do anything anymore. I did a restore system and it went fine but when I tried to load the disc with drivers and utilities my computer couldn't load the disc... So I went to Dell website and started to download drivers and other stuff directly from their website but I think I did a big mess with my computer... I started to noticed that the Blue Screen Minidump appeared each time after starting my system. I ran Dell diagnostic and Malwarebytes, I got rid of a few viruses including "Rovnix, Kryptik". After a while I was able to get rid of the Blue Screen. Now I still have some issues with my laptop, it keeps running slow and freezing and I have to keep pressing "ctrl, Alt & Delete" to unfreeze the system, I also have multiple tabs opening when I go on Yahoo email or on other websites, my mouse also act weird and I see various cursors appearing. I think something is messed up with drivers and registry but I don't know how to fix that, I don't want to restore again windows and I can't even do it because I tried two days ago and when I reached the agreement page I was not able to check the box to continue restoring the system...


I hope somebody can help me and can give advices how to fix all these issues.
