Hi, I'm new here.
I've recently bought a new computer which has been having one persistent problem.
Occasionally when I'm playing a game, or watching a video online (Netflix), my computer begins to stutter and I lose connection to the internet. I have to restart my computer to fix it.
These occasions seem to happen randomly, the only connecting factor I can think of is that I am normally on a Skype call, but on one instance I was not. It does not seem to be a problem with CPU or memory usage as I checked the resource monitor and they are often quite low (17 or 20%).
My graphics drivers are up to date, and I am running Windows 7 64-bit.
Has anyone else had similar problems? Is there a fix?
