Ugh all I want is to restore to factory settings. Tech gods plz help.

So i'v been trying to restore my computer to factory setting so I can then re install windows 7(it's a cracked version). The problem is when I boot up there is no signal to my monitor until I get to the windows account login and after that its fine. If I hit f8 on start up then the account login/desktop never comes so I assume the key press registers but with no signal being set to the monitor I can't view any actions. This is keeping me from using any actions in my pc that don't take place within the desktop. I'v switched out the monitor, updated drivers, reinstalled drivers but to no avail. I also seem to be missing all or most of my .dll files if that sheds any light on the issue. The pc ran fine with none of these current issues for some time after it was built so what I have can work.

This is a custom pc
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
