Hello everybody i'm having a problem with my sister laptop.
She recently graduated from Norwegian highschool and she gets to keep her free government provided laptop. She got a Hp probook 4330s and they gave her a bunch of activation codes for Win 7 ultimate, Office 2013, Win 8, Win 8.1 and many adobe products for free. I activated the windows 7 ultimate code without no problems but i wanted to also install windows 8.1 for my sister as she thinks it looks prettier. So i downloaded all of the stuff from the schools servers that we need and when i wanted to install windows 8.1 everything went well until the end where i got a error messsage saying "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".
i though that this error came up because she had some old drivers but i updated them all and i still get the error message.
Do you know how to fix this?
Her laptop has an Intel Celeron 1.60 GHz processor,
4 GB ram,
64-bit Windows 7 service pack 1
