Solved: No search results

When I type a search term into the 'Search programs and files' box on the startup button I am not getting any results and also when I click on 'show more results' nothing comes on to the screen.

This always used to work properly and I got a listing with the search results.

Any idea what I may have changed to stop this happening please??
