Internet connection there but browser won't connect

Hello guys,

I am having a problem on my windows 7 laptop. My browser will be running fine and everything and then I will notice it's not opening anything. Internet connection will be fine and my phone can browse and everything with internet connections seems to stay connected but not my laptop. Usually a reboot helps but now I have to reboot everyday...rebooted like 3 times today and getting pretty frustrated about this. Can someone help?
