Hi
It's been a couple of days I had alot of problems with my computer.
The latest is whenever I click on Chrome, or IE8 or anything else that goes on the internet (Like sending error reports) totally crashes my pc and I have to restart it everytime.
I found out when rightclicking on the chrome icon, and run it as administrator doesn't crash my pc.
LONG STORY:
a week ago I had troubles with my 2 month old mouse (Logitech G400s). It randomly stopped working for 3-5 seconds and I got a sound from my desktop (da-duhm).
I tried to resolve this by updating my usb drivers, my mouse drivers, eliminating my 'energy input limitations' to my usb, viruschecks, switching USB's but nothing worked.
Instead my mouse stopped working at all after 5-10minutes and suddenly my keyboard also stopped working. The keyboard was fixed by switching to another USB entrance.
The mouse worked for a short time when I switched USB entrances. (with the windows message: new hardware found, installing hardware everytime I reconnected it to a different USB).
Any other mouse did work without any problems. And my mouse worked on other computers as well. Strange.
I reformatted my hard drive (C:) with my W7 on and reinstalled W7(+all drivers) on it. linked my second hard drive(D:) with all my games/audio/video files to my system again.
The mouse problem still excists. I reinstalled Gdata, Chrome and League of Legends on the newly formatted system on my second Hard Drive (D:) with my GF's mouse.
Then my PC crashed everytime I tried to run Chrome. After this problem came up, my mouse problem was away. I'm using my Logitech mouse for over an hour now without any problems. Strange.
Do you want my log of events since it has red exclamation marks all over?
