What is the best source for an upgrade CD/DVD to upgrade from XP to Win 7. I've run the MS Upgrade adviser and other than some installed programs, the system is compatible . It's Dell Inspiron 530 Desktop.
I see some FREE upgrades via Google search, but I'm always leary of free stuff. Especially for an OS. Quick look at the Dell site not much help.
