I'm trying to do a complete recovery to factory settings but every time I try to use the Recovery Manager , it tells me the computer doesnt have a recovery partition.
I checked with right clicking computer>manage>storage. It tells me the Recovery partition is there and its healthy.. So what do I do besides getting the discs from HP?
I have never touched the recovery D: so why is it doing this and how do I fix it?? Please help.
