First off, i have a lot of games on my pc, and i've noticed in recent months that sometimes when i download a utility program for certain games that they will not open once installed. For instance, i'll download a utility program that let's me play a game online. Except when i installed it and double click it on the desktop, the icon just spins and nothing opens. I even tried it on a program that used to work and now just does that.
When i click the option to "open as administrator" it just does the same, a few times i have gotten an error saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000135)". Like i said, it's never with games themselves, only certain applications that run along side or are made for a game, if you get what i mean.
The weird thing is, i have other programs like daemontools, quicktime, MSI afterburner ect ect and those all open fine.
Sorry for the long post, just have no where else to turn. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
