Gateway XP Laptop convert to 64 bit windows 7

Hi all,
Our Gateway MX6441 Laptop (32 bit XP Media Center Edition 2005) with 80 GB Hard Drive is bogged down, and I'd like to do a clean install of Windows 7 64bit so I can run a 64 bit version of AutoCAD. I was hoping to install a 200GB+ hard drive with windows 7 64 bit and microsoft office pre-installed.

Can anyone tell me what problems I might run into, and if there are online stores that sell hard drives with pre-loaded OS and Office software?

I believe that I can do a 64 bit installation. On cnet, the processor/chipset section shows a "Yes" on "64-bit computing" for my computer model. Will I run into problems with the other components/drivers for my machine switching to 64 bit?

Thanks in advance!
