Can't find video driver for Netbook with no name

My uncle purchased a computer that seems to be generic somehow. So I don't know what website to go to to source and download the video driver. He wants to be able to use the HDMI output so he can watch movies on his TV. I've tried everything I could to find the proper video driver but all it installs is the standard VGA driver. Does anybody know how I can source and download the driver? I've currently been able to discover using SIW that it is an Intel motherboard. Java doesn't seem to be working on this netbook either so I can't use Intel's autodetect features. He is running Windows 7 Professional.
