"ASPNETSetup": I didn't install this - is it supposed to be there?

A quick question: I reinstalled the W7 OS in an effort to get a suddenly-dead mousewheel to start working again (didn't help, so that's a separate item for the Hardware forum,) but in looking through the Temp files I've got a bunch of stuff I didn't see when I first installed the OS: "ASPNETSetup_0000x" (with x=0-7,) "dd_clwireg," and numerical variations on "dd_wcf_CA_smci_20130602_xxxxxx_xxx."

Are these just some new legit stuff included in one of the MS Update files, or is this some kind of hackware? 'Net searches talk about stuff for Visual Studio and "SQL developer" and .NET Framework, etc., so I'm righteously paranoid.
