Graphics problems

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with my PC and I think my Graphics Card (XFX Radeon HD 6870) is broken. Luckily I still have warranty on my Graphics Card, but before I bring it in to the shop I'd like to ask some of you experts if you too think my graphics card is broken.

Up unto now, my system has worked good for almost 2 years. The problems started yesterday, when I was playing a game (Ghost Recon Online) and it suddenly crashed. At first there was just a bunch of gibberish on the screen, and then I pressed ALT+F4 to quit the game. My computer indeed returned to my desktop, but there were clear artifacts on the screen, it was very unstable. Furthermore, my screen was split up, and the right half of the desktop was actually on the left side, and vice versa. I quickly shut down my computer, unplugged it, opened it, and got some dust out of it. Some 15 minutes later I plugged it in again, and everything was fine again. I also played some more games after that, and that went okay.

Today I was playing some FIFA13 and the screen crashed again, while my music continued playing. I started to ALT+F4 out of it, but it didn't work, so I shut down the computer using the button. After this, I have not been able to fully start my computer again, as it keeps rebooting after showing the "Windows Starting" screen from Windows 7. I am, however, able to start my computer in Safe Mode. I have also gotten a blue screen of death when Windows tried to boot, which said something about a "Display Driver", and I have pasted the report below.
