help, laptop wont turn on!

My laptop wont turn on properly. It goes to a windows error recovery page which then gives me the option to,
Launch startup repair (recommended) or
Start windows normally.

Which ever option i click on it starts to load then just freezes.

How can i fix it? Help please!
